about the artist

reno taylor (they/them) is a nonbinary lesbian from emmett, idaho, an enrolled member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, and the proud owner of multiple mannequins. their work is focused on using multiple disciplines--digital illustrations and comics, printmaking, wearable art, and zinemaking--to foster connection and expression in radical ways. they believe that art can be a tool for revolutionary change, and let their identities as a queer, rural, native person guide their creative practices. when not creating, reno enjoys conversations with their cat zelda, eating dinner and laughing with friends, and riding their bike on sunny days.
